• Acceptance of Terms
  By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
• Changes to Terms
  We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by posting a notice on the Services or updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
• Use of the Services
  You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with DrawQuest and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
• User Content
  The Services may allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content, including but not limited to text, images, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content. When you upload, submit, store, send, or receive User Content to or through the Services, you give DrawQuest (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such User Content. This license continues even if you stop using the Services.
• Prohibited Conduct
  You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
  1. Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
  2. Infringing or violating the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else;
  3. Violating the privacy or publicity rights of any other person;
  4. Posting, uploading, or distributing any User Content or other content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
  5. Impersonating any person or entity or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;
  6. Distributing viruses or any other technologies that may harm DrawQuest or the interests or property of DrawQuest users;
  7. Hacking, cracking, phishing, password mining, or otherwise compromising the security or integrity of the Services or any related software;
  8. Interfering with the operation of the Services or any user's enjoyment of the Services;
  9. Sending spam or unsolicited messages;
  10. Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Services;
  11. Using any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing a DrawQuest trademark, logo, URL, or product name without DrawQuest's express written consent;
  12. Using the Services for any commercial purpose or the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by these Terms;
  13. Attempting to do any of the foregoing.
